The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Recruitment Operations, preferably within an HR tech or SaaS environment. With a solid understanding of recruitment processes, ATS systems, or HR workflows, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
