Job Description

About The Opportunity

Operating at the intersection of IT Service Management and Enterprise SaaS, we architect, implement, and support ServiceNow-powered digital workflows for Fortune-500 and high-growth firms worldwide. Our India delivery centre is expanding its on-site engineering team to accelerate platform upgrades, app development, and complex integrations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scoped applications, workflows, and UI components on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes.
Write clean, efficient server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions).
Build integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with Product Owners and QA to translate requirements into sprint deliverables and resolve defects swiftly.
Establish best-practice DevOps pipelines, version control, and automated testing for reliable, repeatable releases.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development across ITSM/ITOM modules.
Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
Experience drafting technical design docs and Agile story grooming.
Strong integration skills with REST APIs and JSON/XML payloads.
Solid understanding of CMDB data models and discovery patterns.
On-site availability at India delivery location.

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification.
Exposure to Performance Analytics, HRSD, or SecOps.
Knowledge of ATF, Jenkins, or Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
