About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.
Write client/server-side scripts using the
Glide API
to automate form behavior and background processes.
Build and support integrations using
REST APIs
and data imports.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA testing.
Maintain platform documentation, versioning, and user guides.

Qualifications

6+ years
of ServiceNow application development experience.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript
and
Flow Designer
.
Experience with
ITSM
and
HRSD
modules.
Familiarity with
REST API integrations
and reusable script includes.
Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.

2. ServiceNow Lead – Platform Administration

About the Role

ServiceNow Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow knowledge transfers, system audits, and configuration governance.
Design and optimize catalog items, forms, roles, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and Facilities teams on cross-functional service workflows.
Identify automation opportunities and streamline service delivery processes.
Track and report on platform usage, ticket SLAs, deflection rates, and workflow effectiveness.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, cloning, and overall platform readiness.
Coordinate with vendors for support, roadmap planning, and escalations.
Prepare for audits and manage compliance documentation.
Mentor and guide L1/L2 teams for effective ServiceNow support.

Qualifications

7+ years
of ServiceNow administration across
ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro
.
Expertise in
Flow Designer, ACLs, client/server-side scripting, and business rules
.
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Strong background in SLAs, metrics, and performance reporting.
Experience with
domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export sets, and UI policies
.
Demonstrated leadership in managing platform upgrades, patching, and governance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
