About The Role - Grade Specific
YourRole:
Weareseekingaskilled ServiceNowDeveloper todesign,develop,andimplementsolutionsontheServiceNowplatform.Theidealcandidatewillhavehands-onexperiencewithcoremodulesincluding ITSM,CSM,FSM,andHRSD ,andastrongunderstandingofServiceNowbestpracticesandarchitecture.
Inthisrole,youwillplayakeyrolein:

DevelopandconfigurecustomapplicationsandworkflowsontheServiceNowplatform.

Implementandmaintainmodulessuchas ITSM(Incident,Problem,Change),CSM(CustomerServiceManagement),FSM(FieldServiceManagement),andHRSD(HRServiceDelivery) .

Collaboratewithstakeholderstogatherrequirementsandtranslatethemintotechnicalsolutions.

IntegrateServiceNowwithexternalsystemsusingREST/SOAPAPIs.

Performsystemanddataanalysis,troubleshooting,andissueresolution.

Maintaindocumentationandensurecompliancewithdevelopmentstandards.

Required
Skills:

Strongproficiencyin ServiceNowdevelopment includingscripting(JavaScript),UIpolicies,businessrules,andflowdesigner.

Experiencewith ITSM,CSM,FSM,HRSD modules.

KnowledgeofServiceNowarchitectureanddatamodel.

FamiliaritywithAgile/Scrummethodologies.

Excellentproblem-solvingandcommunicationskills.
