As a highly skilled Senior Techno Functional Consultant with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, analyzing complex requirements, and developing innovative solutions within an Agile environment. Your qualifications should include: - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM across various industries. - Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and solution architecture. - Demonstrated skills in business process automation, enterprise application development, and translating functional requirements into technical solutions. - Experience in plugin development, JavaScript, workflows, web resources, custom actions, REST-based APIs, integrations, and data migrations. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities. - Ability to lead workshops, advise clients on complex business solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Utilize best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform to develop innovative solutions. - Enhance usability and performance of business applications and automation solutions. - Analyze project requirements and propose solutions for complex business needs. - Customize, configure, develop plugins, web resources, actions, integrations, and data migrations within the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. - Develop custom connectors for Power Automate and implement solutions with multiple data sources via REST-based APIs. - Conduct workshops, provide proofs of concept, and support estimation of project efforts and costs. - Offer expert advice on Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM capabilities to clients. - Build strong client relationships, understand business processes, and provide tailored recommendations for customer satisfaction. - Lead Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering for specialized solutions architecture. - Support pre-sales efforts, mentor junior team members, and drive onboarding and training programs. - Contribute to thought leadership, process improvements, and best practices for organizational efficiency.
