We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Han Digital Solution (P)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing IT service management solutions using ServiceNow

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement comprehensive IT service management solutions using ServiceNow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for service management processes and procedures
Provide training and support to end-users on service management tools and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to service management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for service management

Job Requirements
