As the Finance Planning & Analysis Hub Service Delivery Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our FP&A hub services. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial planning and analysis activities performed in our center of excellence meet the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness and customer centricity while being in accordance with clearly defined service level agreements with the various internal stakeholders. Your leadership will be critical in driving informed decision-making and transforming the way we work in Finance.
Key responsibilities :-
Service Delivery Management:
- Lead and manage a team of FP&A professionals responsible for delivering a wide range of financial planning and analysis services. Oversee the execution of accurate and timely financial budgets, forecasts, and analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Leverage PBI and SAP business objects for data analysis, visualization, transformation and presentation
Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align FP&A shared services with the organization’s strategic objectives and financial goals.
- Provide operational metrics, insights and recommendations that contribute to the development of the FP&A shared service team.
Resource Optimization/Performance metrics:
- Efficiently allocate resources and optimize workflows to enhance the delivery of FP&A services, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of FP&A services, making data-driven improvements.
Talent Development:
- Mentor, develop, and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and expertise in financial analysis and planning.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the team's skills and capabilities as well as smooth onboarding process.
Risk Mitigation:
- Identify operational risks and dependencies, develop proactive steps to mitigate these risks and build a high-performance operations team.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster communication and collaboration between the FP&A hub and internal stakeholders by being an active champion of the hub internally and with external stakeholders
Qualifications
- CA/ CPA Degree
- At least 12-15 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Analytics with leadership experience
- Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.) and ERP systems
- Experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI etc.) is highly preferred
- Fluent in English (required)
- Critical Thinking- able to analyze and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Track record of success in FP&A roles, including leadership experience
- Adaptability and change-oriented mindset – able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while working on projects across various fields
- Communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with senior stakeholders)
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of collaborating within multifunctional teams
