Job Description

About the Role:

Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator will play a key role in managing customer service calls, coordinating with engineers, maintaining service records, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily service operations and assign calls to engineers.
Maintain and update service records, call logs, and repair status in Excel or CRM systems.
Communicate with customers regarding complaint status, service timelines, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams (spare parts, logistics, and technical) for smooth operations.
Prepare service reports, MIS data, and follow up on pending cases.
Support warranty claim documentation and service billing coordination.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and response time SLAs.

Requirements:

Graduate (preferably in Business Administration / Electronics / similar field).
4–5 years of experience in service coordination, preferably in AV, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
