Job Description

Role Objective:

To ensure smooth coordination between customers, service engineers, and internal departments to achieve timely and effective resolution of service calls, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and log customer service requests and complaints.
Assign service calls to field/service engineers based on location, workload, and urgency.
Coordinate schedules, travel, and availability of service engineers.
Track progress and ensure timely closure of service calls.
Maintain and update service call records in the ERP or service management system.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on service performance metrics.
Coordinate for spare parts dispatch and availability with stores/logistics team.
Communicate technical issues and escalations to Service Manager.
Support warranty claim processing and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and service management tools
Time management and multi-tasking ability
Problem-solving approach and customer-centric mindset
Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical machinery (preferred)Role & responsibilities
