Job Title: Service Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Documentation
o Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
o Create management presentations related to: NPS, Standardization, Camera Audit, Service Performance Metrics
2. Service Center Coordination
o Regular calling and follow-up with all Service Centers (SCs).
o Coordinate with service center teams to ensure SOP compliance.
3. Management Coordination
o Act as a communication bridge between Management and Service Centers.
o Share updates, instructions, and reports with management.
o Support management in audits and operational reviews.
4. Audit & Standardization Activities
o Conduct camera audits of service centers.
o Perform standardization checks through surprise video calls.
o Maintain audit records and corrective action reports.
5. NPS
o Track and analyze NPS performance of service centers.
o Share feedback and improvement points with SC teams.
o Assist in improving customer satisfaction scores.
Key Skills Required:
· Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
· Good coordination and follow-up skills.
· Confident in calling, video calling, and presentations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Female candidate preferred.
· Experience in service coordination, operations, or back-office roles.
· Exposure to mobile service centers or electronics industry is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
