Handle fund transfers and track expenses between branches, maintaining transparency and accountability. 5. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in financial audits by preparing the necessary documents and reconciling accounts. Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures, as well as compliance with relevant accounting standards. 6. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain proper records. Monitor receivables, follow up with clients, and ensure timely collection of payments. Handle supplier reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies. 7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Monitor actual expenditure against budgeted amounts and report discrepancies.
