Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive B2B CRM & Sales Coordinator to join our team at Jack Martin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing B2B customer relationships, coordinating sales orders, and providing support to the sales team and channel partners to ensure seamless business operations and foster growth. With 3-8 years of relevant experience, you should possess skills in Client Relationship Management, Client Coordination, Sales Support, B2B Sales, Business Development, Sales Coordination, and Client Retention. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end process of B2B order management, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, collaborating with internal teams for on-time delivery, and maintaining proper documentation. You will also support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, preparing sales reports, and tracking KPIs. Maintaining B2B customer relationships through regular communication, acting as the point of contact for key clients and partners, updating CRM systems with accurate data, and coordinating with channel partners to facilitate business growth will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will compile and analyze sales data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist in coordinating product launches and promotional activities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales coordination or customer relationship management. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (especially Excel), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in the consumer electronics or home audio industry would be advantageous.
