Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and clients. The role requires excellent communication, counselling, and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction, drive admissions, and support overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and clients.
  • Counsel prospective students regarding course options, career opportunities, and the benefits of our academy.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the student admission journey from inquiry to enrollment, including follow-ups and conversions.
  • Handle client concerns and resolve issues quickly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and academic team to align client expectations with training delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve admissions and student retention.
  • Support in organizing events, workshops, and brand collaborations to enhance student experience.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on client needs, trends, and feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent counselling and advisory skills.
  • Sales and lead conversion expertise.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with CRM software is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, student counselling, or sales (preferably in the education/training industry).
  • Experience in the beauty, fashion, or creative education sector will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
