  is a fast-growing IT company focused on delivering high-quality solutions to clients across industries. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our IT services business. The role involves coordinating with vendor partners, supporting candidate sourcing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners for resource requirements
• Share job requirements with vendors and follow up for suitable profiles
• Assist in candidate sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling
• Act as a point of contact between candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with all parties involved
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process as required
• Handle day-to-day coordination tasks related to client and vendor engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in client coordination, vendor management, or recruitment support
• Experience in an IT services–based company is good to have
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of IT roles and hiring processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to IT recruitment or staffing coordination
• Experience working with multiple vendors and candidates simultaneously
