Job description: Job Title: Civil Sr. Site Engineer – Real Estate Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Salary Range : 35,000 - 70,000 /- Per Month Department: Projects & Construction Reporting To: Director Project: (Residential + Commercial and Infrastructure) Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end civil construction of residential and commercial projects. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery. Supervise site execution, quality checks, and adherence to structural & safety standards. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors. Monitor cost estimates, work orders, contractor billing, and project MIS. Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, environmental clearances, fire & safety Requirements: Experience: 08–15 years in civil project management,real estate projects. Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. in Civil Engineering (Project Management certification preferred). Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) and AutoCAD. Strong expertise in project execution, cost control, and contract management. Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
