Job Title: Civil Sr. Site Engineer – Real Estate

Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
Salary Range : 35,000 - 70,000 /- Per Month

Department: Projects & Construction

Reporting To: Director

Project: (Residential + Commercial and Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end civil construction of residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure on-time and cost-effective
• delivery.
• Supervise site execution, quality checks, and adherence to structural & safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor cost estimates, work orders, contractor billing, and project MIS.
• Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, environmental clearances, fire & safety

Requirements:

• Experience: 08–15 years in civil project management,real estate projects.
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. in Civil Engineering (Project Management certification
• preferred).
• Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) and AutoCAD.
• Strong expertise in project execution, cost control, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale township, high-rise, and commercial projects.

• Conduct regular project reviews, progress meetings, and risk assessments.
• Implement value engineering, modern construction technologies, and sustainable
• practices.
• Lead, mentor, and guide site engineers, supervisors, and junior staff.
• Report project status to management with timely updates and presentations.
