Sr. Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil execution, material management, contractor coordination, and quality control, ensuring timely completion of projects with adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
• Manage and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
• Verify and ensure proper usage of construction materials and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Check and interpret AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and layout plans.
• Ensure quality control at every stage of construction.
• Monitor labor productivity, work schedules, and site safety compliance.
• Handle site inspections with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material delivery.
• Support project billing, measurement verification, and documentation work.
