Sr. Site Engineer

Job Title: Interior Site Engineer Location:

The Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all on-site interior execution works, ensuring quality control, adherence to drawings, coordination with vendors/contractors, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute interior works as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Ensure special emphasis on detailed drawing review and thorough checking of all design details before execution.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and suppliers for site execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing purposes.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure proper execution methods.
• Responsible for material planning, verification, and inventory monitoring.
• Ensure quality finishes and compliance with design and detailing standards.
• Handle client interactions during site visits and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution (residential/commercial/hospitality preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings and interior specifications.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Good communication and site management skills.
