Job Description: Position: Business Development Manager Location: Gurugram (with extensive PAN India travel) Experience: 5–12 years Industry Preference: IT, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics Gender Preference: Male (due to role demands, travel intensity, and client interaction style) Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Communication: Must possess smart, articulate, and confident communication skills Job Summary: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, with extensive travel across India. We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join Jack Martin and lead our new client acquisition and account growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales/business development—preferably from IT, telecom, or consumer electronics sectors—and demonstrate excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. This role is pivotal in expanding our national footprint and strengthening client relationships. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and generate business by connecting with potential clients and proposing tailored solutions. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for generating both inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and events. Client Acquisition & Closure: Engage, pitch, and convert potential clients, handling end-to-end client closure while ensuring alignment with business goals. Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understand their evolving needs, and offer value-added services. Travel & Client Engagement: Willingness to travel extensively across India for meetings, presentations, and client servicing. Negotiation & Deal Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations, close deals efficiently, and ensure mutual satisfaction. Business Communication: Represent the brand with confidence and clarity in all business communications—emails, proposals, meetings, and presentations. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client servicing Strong knowledge of sales funnels, CRM tools, and reporting High degree of professionalism and a proactive attitude Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and analytical skills Comfortable with cold calling and frequent travel Experience managing multiple accounts and sales targets simultaneously Why Join Jack Martin?
