We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and partnerships in the architecture, construction, and interior design sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for client interaction, and the ability to build relationships with *architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
This role involves fieldwork, attending meetings, and site visits. Therefore, having your own vehicle* is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants to promote company products/services
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
* Build and maintain long-term professional relationships within the architecture and design community
* Monitor project pipelines and follow up on potential business opportunities
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets
Requirements:
* Proven experience in *business development*, preferably in the architecture, construction, or interior design domain(Fresher can also apply)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your schedule (flexible working hours)
* Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license
* Knowledge of local architecture and construction ecosystem is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
