Maxzen Tech Solutions is a leading IT, web, and app development company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship-building.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Hyderabad and surrounding regions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through in-person meetings, industry events, and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet potential clients face-to-face to pitch our services and build relationships

- Attend business expos, tech summits, and networking events to showcase our expertise

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and partnerships

- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

- Build strategic alliances with local businesses and startups

- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities

- Share client feedback and market insights to improve our services

- Maintain daily activity reports and deal pipeline

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in field sales or B2B business development

- Strong local network in Hyderabad and nearby regions

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel and attend events regularly

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)

Growth-Oriented Traits:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scaling revenue

- Ability to spot trends and adapt strategies quickly

- Confident in representing the brand at public forums
