Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at HCS Home. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products for their construction projects, providing product information and recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of products (tiles, stone cladding, etc.) is a plus.
