The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for actively engaging with walk-in customers, including homeowners, architects, designers, and contractors, to promote and sell the company's range of natural cladding stone products. The role requires a strong understanding of natural stone applications, excellent customer service, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Greet and assist all customers entering the showroom promptly and professionally. Understand customer project requirements (e.g., application, budget, design style) to recommend appropriate natural cladding stone products (e.g., slate, quartzite, limestone, sandstone). Present detailed product features, benefits, and technical specifications, including installation and maintenance guidelines. Prepare accurate price quotes, process sales orders, and handle payment transactions. Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain a high level of in-depth product knowledge regarding the natural stone cladding inventory, including sourcing, quality, color variations, finishes, and best applications. Provide expert advice on design, color coordination, and material suitability for various interior and exterior cladding projects.
