· New Business development by increasing sales, Develop new customers in the assigned territory by various sales and marketing activities. · Regularly going in market / Regular Traveling (10/12 Days in Month) · End to end operation of various online Lead Generation portals like India mart, Trade India etc, Like Add, Delete and update of new and existing Products, Images. Suggest New Keywords & Update. Push on top of portals daily. · Responsible to generate leads by identifying potential customers and dealers and of assigned Territory. · Responsible for Maintaining and managing Company Social media page effectively. · Sales Team is also responsible to developing OEM customers. · Helping to develop new product with customer feedback and market demand. · Marketing the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible. · If required conducting market survey to analyse customers’ needs and product requirement in the market. · Actively Participate in promotional activities in order to create brand awareness in the market. · Handling customers’ orders by phone or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product specifications. · Developing and maintaining sales records, prepare reports, and provide information to the top management. · Completely Responsible to collect all the payments on due date from different parties, by maintaining healthy relationship. · In addition, doing lead entries in CRM software and updating the same on time-to-time basis.
