Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Jack Martin, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and fostering account growth in the IT, Telecom, and Consumer Electronics industries. You will be based in Gurugram with extensive travel throughout India. Your role will involve identifying market opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, managing accounts, and finalizing deals to expand our national presence and enhance client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying new business opportunities and proposing tailored solutions to potential clients - Developing strategies for lead generation through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms - Engaging with clients, pitching our services, and securing deals in alignment with business objectives - Nurturing long-term client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and offering value-added services - Traveling across India for meetings, presentations, and client engagements - Leading commercial negotiations, closing deals efficiently, and ensuring mutual satisfaction - Representing the brand confidently in all business communications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development. Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. You should be comfortable with cold calling, frequent travel, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously. An MBA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
