Job Title: Service Coordinator Preference: Female/ Male Job Description • Schedule service visits, installations, and preventive maintenance. • Assign task to service team, schedule service visit • Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests • Provide updates on service status, visit schedules, quotations, and spare availability. • Track warranty periods, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals, and service due dates. • Follow up to service team • Maintain records of above mention activities and update CRM Skills Required: • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and service management tools. • Strong coordination and multitasking ability Experience: 1- 2 years Joiner: Immediate Joiner
