Location: Karnataka, Kerala, Delhi Experience Required: 0-2 years, Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, ENTC) Department: Service Reporting To: Service Manager Role Purpose: To ensure timely installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial Sorting machines and Grading Machines at customer sites to achieve maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance of sorting machines (Cashew, Plastic, Rice, and Tea sorting machines). Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site promptly and effectively. Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance staff at customer sites. Document service activities, maintain service reports, and update call closure details. Ensure adherence to company safety standards and protocols during on-site work. Coordinate with the service coordinator and spares team for part requirements and logistics. Escalate recurring or complex issues to the technical support team or R&D. Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and proactive service support. Key Skills & Competencies: Ability to travel extensively (Pan India) Good communication and customer-handling skills Good technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, Electrical systems, use of a Multimeter Understanding of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
