Document service activities, maintain service reports, and update call closure details. Ensure adherence to company safety standards and protocols during on-site work. Coordinate with the service coordinator and spares team for part requirements and logistics. Escalate recurring or complex issues to the technical support team or R&D. Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and proactive service support.
