🎯 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Training to lead learning and development initiatives across international BFSI operations. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in banking, financial services, and insurance, with a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for global teams in compliance, customer service, operations, and risk management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with international BFSI standards and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end training lifecycle: needs analysis, content design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Oversee onboarding, process, compliance, and leadership training across banking, insurance, and financial services verticals.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to localize training for regional regulations.
• Manage a team of trainers and instructional designers across geographies.
• Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, productivity, and quality scores.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory bodies and audit requirements for training documentation and delivery.
• Leverage digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning, virtual classrooms) to scale training globally.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, post-training assessments, and refresher programs.

🧑 💼 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• 8+ years of experience in training and development within the BFSI domain, with international exposure.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, insurance workflows, financial compliance, and customer service.
• Experience managing global training teams and cross-border learning programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

💻 Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in training (e.g., CPTM, ATD, Kirkpatrick) or BFSI (e.g., CAMS, ICA, IRDA).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
