Role Overview

Senior Manager – Training

Key Roles and Responsibilities

(not an exhaustive list)

  • Ensure all training goals and objectives are achieved at the account level.
  • Create and implement

    learning service integration and transition plans

    , ensuring timely and effective execution of all related activities.
  • Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to meet requirements.
  • Develop and maintain

    positive relationships

    with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with established training practices; design and deploy new training frameworks when needed.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure the

    Learning Management System (LMS)

    supports seamless training integration and delivery.
  • Assess, track, and report on learning service performance, providing

    regular updates

    on progress and outcomes.
  • Create, maintain, and share reports and documentation as per agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate

    learning service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

    , identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Manage and allocate training resources based on business needs, ensuring all

    SOW (Statement of Work)

    terms are met.
  • Mentor and coach

    new and existing team members to build capability and drive performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in

    Digital Marketing or Content Moderation training

    .
  • 7+ years of people leadership experience

    , including at least

    3 years managing managers

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Learning & Development (L&D)

    best practices.
  • Proven track record in

    training program design, development, and management

    .
  • Excellent

    leadership, stakeholder management, and communication

    skills.

Good to Have

  • Understanding of the

    Advertising, Marketing

    , and/or

    Content Moderation

    domains.
  • Experience in

    Content Design & Development

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Learning Management Systems (LMS)

    and related activities.
