Senior Tender Executive

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track relevant tender opportunities across central and state government portals.
• Prepare tender documents including technical proposals, CVs of key experts, work experience documents, and other required annexures.
• Fill and upload tenders on platforms such as CPP/eProcurement, GeM, and state-specific procurement systems.
• Liaise with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and expert identification.
• Coordinate and communicate with government departments for clarifications, corrigenda, and tender follow-ups.
• Maintain a tender calendar and ensure timely submission of bids.
• Prepare presentations and support documents as part of the bid submission process.
• Maintain systematic digital and physical records of submitted tenders.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

  Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in tender filling for civil infrastructure/consultancy projects.

• Skills:

• Strong command over

  English and Hindi

  (written and verbal).
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with government e-procurement systems (eproc, GeM, etc.).
• Excellent typing speed and document formatting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
