Project:

(Immediate Joining Requirement)

About the Role :

Urban Development & Housing Department (UDHD), Govt. of Bihar

Team Lead/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end DPR preparation for sewerage and STP projects.
Supervise design, engineering, and planning activities for I&D works and STPs.
Review and finalize hydraulic, structural, and process designs prepared using standard
design software tools
.
Ensure DPRs comply with CPHEEO guidelines, SBM 2.0 requirements, and state regulatory standards.
Coordinate with government officials, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and technical documentation for submission.

Essential Qualifications & Skills Required:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(mandatory).
10+ years of overall experience
in infrastructure/wastewater projects.
Minimum 3 years of design experience
in sewerage / STP projects.
Proficiency in
design software
(e.g., SewerCAD, AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar).
Strong project management and client coordination skills.
Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership abilities.
Resident of Patna, Bihar
(mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Environmental Engineering
.
Prior experience in DPR preparation under SBM/AMRUT/JICA/ADB-funded projects.
