Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing design support to technically challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural design for buildings using RC/Steel materials and a strong understanding of General Arrangement, RC/Steel detailing drawings, and guiding/checking technician work.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide design support to technically challenging projects.
Produce structural analysis models/designs and ensure technical quality.
Focus on compliance with project objectives, safety, and quality standards.
Conceptualize structural design based on Architectural concepts.
Prepare and check calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model in line with project quality procedures.
Attend project meetings and actively resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
Take responsibility for all aspects of deliverables, including calculations and construction documents.
Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality.

Job Requirements

Experience in Structural Design for Buildings using RC/Steel materials.
Understanding of General Arrangement, RC/Steel detailing drawings, and guiding/checking technician work.
Experience in conceptualizing structural design based on Architectural concepts.
Preferred experience with REVIT and BIM management.
Must be self-motivated, a team player, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in domestic/international projects is preferred.
Middle East project experience is mandatory.
Experience in analysis & design of buildings of various sectors like Data Centers, High Rise Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.
Ability to develop Structural concepts to effectively complement Architectural designs.
Communicate/coordinate within the team and with the Client/lead office to address project needs timely.
