- Prepare and check calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model in line with project quality procedures.
- Analyze and design buildings of various sectors, including data centers, high-rise buildings, hospitality, and healthcare.
- Develop structural concepts to effectively complement architectural designs.
- Communicate and coordinate within the team and with the client/lead office to address project needs promptly.
- Attend project meetings and actively resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of deliverables, including calculations and construction documents.
Job Requirements
- Post Graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design for buildings using RC/Steel materials.
- Professional certification like ISructE or CEng is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of building structural design and elements.
- Knowledge of local Indian and international codes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, Staad Pro, REVIT Structures, and TEDDs.
