Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and test new engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
