Website: www.infraen.com About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized individual to take on the dual role of Receptionist and Personal Secretary . This dual position involves managing front desk operations while also providing high-level administrative support to Managing Director. The ideal candidate should be professional, discreet, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. About the profile: 1. Total year - 3 to 5 years, 2. Location - Bangalore, 3. Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days, 4. Working Days - Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are holiday) 5. Work mode - Work from office Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner 2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel and accommodation bookings 3. Answer and route incoming calls, emails promptly 4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area 5. Maintain visitor logs and coordinate access control procedures Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a receptionist or executive assistant/personal secretary role 2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities 4. High level of discretion and professionalism 5. Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred) 6. Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities

About this role: The primary responsibility of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment activities to meet hiring targets within specified timelines. The ideal candidate should bring innovation to the sourcing process, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and stay updated on current market trends and recruitment strategies to ensure the successful execution of the hiring cycle. What Youll Do As a (Recruiter) 1. Understanding Hiring Requirements Work with hiring managers to define job roles and ideal candidate profiles. Create and update job descriptions. 2. Sourcing Candidates Use job portals, social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals. Coordinate with recruitment agencies or consultants, if needed. 3. Screening & Shortlisting Review resumes and applications. Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 4. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews with hiring managers or interview panels. Communicate interview details with candidates and follow up on outcomes. 5. Candidate Engagement Keep candidates informed at each stage. Build relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience. 6. Selection and Offer Management Assist in decision-making for candidate selection. Prepare and negotiate job offers. Coordinate pre-employment checks and background verification. 7. Onboarding Support Ensure smooth transition from acceptance to joining. What Will You Bring To The Team Skillset & Qualifications MBA (preferred) from a reputed institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates. Passionate about recruitment and delivering results. Energetic , proactive, and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
