Senior Tender Executive

We are urgently hiring a Senior Tender Executive / Tender Officer with over 5 years of experience in managing government and private e-tendering processes.

The role demands expertise in GeM portal, e-procurement sites, bid preparation, tender documentation, and submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and track suitable tenders from GeM, CPP, and state e-procurement portals.
• Prepare technical and financial bids, ensuring all compliance and eligibility criteria are met.
• Handle tender documentation, EMD, bid submission, and post-bid follow-up.
• Coordinate internally with technical, accounts, and management teams for inputs and approvals.
• Maintain a complete record of submitted tenders, results, and correspondence.
• Manage vendor registration, empanelment, and renewal processes.
• Handle corrigendum updates, pre-bid queries, and clarifications.
