You will also be responsible for: - Communicating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather necessary information. - Addressing clarifications and pre-bid queries effectively. - Collaborating with the cost estimation team to create competitive pricing models. - Ensuring compliance with project requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness. - Tracking upcoming tenders in the mining, road, and railway sectors. - Analyzing competitors' strategies and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness. - Ensuring accuracy and compliance of all technical and financial documents with tender guidelines. - Maintaining a database of past tenders, rates, and outcomes for future reference. - Supporting negotiations and discussions with clients post-submission. - Assisting in contract finalization and ensuring a smooth handover to the project execution team.
