TEAM LEADER CUM HIGHWAY ENGINEER This is the senior most position and the expert engaged as the team leader shall be responsible for reviewing the entire Project implementation activities of the Concessionaire. He shall check all the Designs being prepared by the Concessionaire, ensure execution of works on site as per specification and standards, and continuously interact with the NHAI and the Concessionaire. Civil Engineer B.E Civil Location: Bokaro Contract Duration: 4 Months & extendable 6 to 10 years of experience in road construction , and open/closed drainage systems . Day to day planning of civil and structural works including site development, foundations, buildings, and infrastructure. Collaborate with project manager, other discipline engineers and other stakeholders to define site civil works and execute the same as per the Plan. Conduct site assessments and surveys and provide recommendations for site development and layout based on project requirements, site conditions, and regulatory requirements. Supervise the construction work, testing, and commissioning of civil and structural works, and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct surveys on road projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts on survey equipment. Troubleshoot issues with survey instruments and resolve problems efficiently. Maintain accurate records of survey data and reports. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in highway construction or civil engineering projects. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil. Proficiency in using total station, DGPS, Auto level, Theodolite, and other surveying tools.
