Who Should Apply?

• 4-10 years of strong experience in Talent acquisition, out of which atleast 3+years’ experience in managing end to end recruitment. Experience in managing end to end Product and Engineering hiring is a must
• Bachelor's / Master degree, preferably in HR
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationship with internal team, business and candidates
• A passion for TA and a drive to excel. Ability to handle challenges
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
