Job Description

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Acqueon, you will play a crucial role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include posting job openings, sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking, and conducting interviews leading up to offer extensions. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining and optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the hiring process for both managers and employees. Building and implementing key recruitment metrics specific to technical hiring efforts will be a vital part of your role. You will be expected to develop strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners while providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress, challenges, and insights related to the hiring process. Collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers to create strategic hiring plans will be essential. Your ability to proactively source, screen, and engage with both passive and active candidates will contribute to the success of the recruitment efforts. Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and assessing candidates" knowledge, experience, motivation, and overall fit will be part of your daily routine. Maintaining a comprehensive candidate database and tracking recruitment performance metrics to drive continuous improvement will be critical. Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process will be a priority for you as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Acqueon. The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 9 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. A strong understanding of recruitment best practices, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition trends is crucial. Proficiency in ATS platforms and HR software, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to source and attract top-tier talent in competitive markets are essential qualities. Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and refine hiring processes, along with demonstrated success in managing multiple recruitment projects and meeting tight deadlines, are desired attributes. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required to excel in this role.,
