The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in IT recruitment, team handling, and various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent. We are seeking an individual who possesses the ability to effectively manage the candidate screening process, implement successful recruitment tools, and support a dynamic recruitment environment. This position is based in India and is part of a global effort to continue building a strong workforce. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various IT positions. Utilize creative recruitment techniques to improve candidate engagement and promote the SoHo Dragon employer brand. Candidate Screening and Interviewing Screen and evaluate candidates through resumes, phone interviews, and in-person meetings. Coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborating with relevant business leaders to ensure the right fit for each position. Team Management Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring goals while fostering a collaborative and positive team environment. Set performance metrics and report on team progress to the management. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management Utilize and optimize ATS to manage candidate pipelines efficiently, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. Generate reports and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Vendor Management Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and negotiate contracts to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. Ensure alignment with external vendors to meet hiring requirements and maintain quality candidate standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role, preferably in the IT sector. Proven experience in candidate screening, sourcing strategies, and utilizing recruitment tools effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities. Comfortable working in a remote and diverse environment, adaptable to various time zones. Familiarity with vendor management practices is a plus.
