Job description Develop and implement scalable, future-ready recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing to onboarding—ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closures (TAT). Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning and proactive hiring pipelines. Drive talent attraction through employer branding, digital outreach, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods. Plan and execute campus hiring; build partnerships with key academic institutions. Implement retention and engagement strategies to ensure new joiner stability and cultural adaptability. Maintain a proactive talent database for current and future hiring needs. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategy. Create and manage recruitment dashboards and reports; deliver insights for data-driven decisions. Optimize processes to enhance hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and legal requirements.
