Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, located in Malihabad. The role involves managing and executing the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The Senior Talent Acquisition professional will also collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop strategies to attract talent, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role includes reporting on recruitment metrics and participating in employer branding activities.
