Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Yubi, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include talent sourcing and acquisition, collaboration with hiring managers, employer branding, recruitment process management, compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications. - Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates" qualifications and cultural fit. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers: - Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. - Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. - Ensure effective communication between candidates and hiring managers. - Employer Branding: - Promote Yubi as an employer of choice through branding initiatives. - Participate in recruitment activities to enhance company visibility. - Develop and maintain relationships with relevant organizations. - Recruitment Process Management: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. - Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management. - Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data and feedback. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 7-10 years of talent acquisition or sales recruitment experience. - Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in recruitment software and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
