Key Objectives:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to address current and future staffing requirements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Engage with external vendors and agencies for specialized recruitment needs when necessary.
  • Leverage data and metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across the organization, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify highly qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer extension process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Partner with various stakeholders within the organization to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to stakeholders.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Sureify at career fairs and recruitment events.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles, specifically within a software product development company.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting within the technology industry (ideally for the Life & Annuity insurance domain).
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to forge strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
