We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our India team — someone who can drive hiring excellence while building strong employee engagement across teams.
About The Role
- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to drive recruitment strategies and ensure seamless hiring across all levels of seniority. You will manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer management — while developing innovative sourcing approaches to attract top talent.
- In this role, you will focus on building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our regional team based in Hyderabad and collaborate with stakeholders to promote Ninja Van’s employer brand in the market. Beyond recruitment, you will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication, alignment on hiring priorities, and a consultative approach to talent strategy and market insights.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing and proactive engagement of passive talent.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment methods to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
- Represent Ninja Van’s employer brand, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain accurate data and reports in the recruitment system; analyze metrics to identify trends and optimize hiring efficiency.
- Drive a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support HR administrative processes related to new joiners.
- Lead and participate in employee engagement initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and executing internal activities that promote team culture and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams to identify employee pain points and propose relevant and sustainable engagement solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in a mix of agency and in-house environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of India’s employment laws and regulations.
- Strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with the tech talent market and technology hiring is a strong advantage.
- Passionate about employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
