Job Description

Role Overview: As an Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, screen, and recruit qualified candidates to fill internal job openings within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers/department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing methods such as ATS, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates. - Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Engage with potential candidates through personalized messaging, emails, and phone calls to assess their fitment for the open positions. - Screening resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and conduct/coordinate their interviews. - Partner closely with hiring managers for their staffing needs, providing regular updates and ensure end to end positive/seamless candidate experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years proven experience as a recruiter in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
