onboarding, off-boarding, induction, attendance regularization, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications.

● Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

● Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring asmooth transition into the organization.

● Conduct exit interviews and oversee the off-boarding process, collecting valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

● Organize and conduct new employee orientations to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and values.

● Monitor and manage attendance records, working closely with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy.

● Implement attendance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

● Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

● Communicate and educate employees about company policies and ensure adherence.

Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

➢ Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR functions.

➢ Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, HR processes, and employment laws.

➢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

➢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

➢ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
