Primary Duty Content Creation and Management : Develop, implement ,and manage our social media strategy. Create, curate and manage published content across all social media platforms. Monitor and report on social trends, engagement, and performance. Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery. Audience Engagement: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages and queries in a timely manner. Foster community interaction and build relationships with followers and influencers. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, competitions, and sponsored content. Track, analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI. Analytics and Reporting: Use social media management tools to measure performance across social media channels. Provide regular reports on social media metrics and insights to senior management. Analyze competitors and industry leaders to stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices. Strategy Development: Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, grow followers, and drive website traffic. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Identify potential risks associated with social media use and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
