Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation & Strategy:

• Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with Alpino’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Identify trends, cultural moments, and content opportunities relevant to the FMCG and health food space.

• Content Planning & Calendar Management:

• Create monthly and quarterly

  social media calendars

  with engaging, platform-specific content ideas.
• Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

• Campaign Execution:

• Conceptualize and manage campaigns for product launches, influencer collaborations, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize performance across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

• Collaboration & Brainstorming:

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and storytelling ideas.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Track key social media KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in

  social media strategy

  , preferably in FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite).
• Excellent creative thinking, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a collaborative mindset.
